Delivery

DTF Transfers (UK Mainland Only)

We always try to ensure orders are dispatched quickly. Although most orders are dispatched on the same day or next working day, we ask that you allow 2 full working days from order approval and payment for dispatch.

All DTF transfer orders are dispatched using a next working day delivery service.

DTF Consumables (UK Mainland Only)

We aim to dispatch all DTF consumable orders made before midday on the same working day. Orders made on weekends or non-working days will be dispatched the following working day.

Plain Stock Products

Plain stock products are purchased via quotation.

 

From approval of order and payment being made, we aim to dispatch all orders for plain stock product orders made before midday on the same working day. Orders made on weekends or non-working days will be dispatched the following working day.

Decorated items

Decorated items are purchased via quotation.

 

Delivery is calculated on each individual order and a price and delivery time estimate will be provided on your order quotation.

Non UK Mainland

Delivery is calculated on each individual order, depending on the destination address. Please contact us prior to placing an order for current shipping rates and information.

Returns

DTF Transfers & Decorated items

Bespoke items are NOT ELIGIBLE for return, for this reason we urge you to check all order details are correct before confirming your order. Please also take the time to check all artwork proofs provided and ensure that artwork submitted to Raptor Printers Ltd is correct prior to approval and completing your order.

Plain stock Products

Subject to the Buyer having a right to return the Goods pursuant to our terms, all sales are final. However, Raptor Printers Ltd does, subject to our terms and conditions, recognise that there may be occasions when it is appropriate to accept returns from the Buyer and Raptor Printers Ltd shall, on a case by case basis, consider doing so. For the purposes of this clause, any Goods which the Buyer wants to return shall be referred to as “Returned Goods”;
In order to request a return, please contact us at info@raptorprinters.co.uk with your full name, address, order number, details of which items from your order you wish to return and your reason for return. Once we receive your email, we aim to reply with a decision within 1 full working day. Returns received without a valid returns authorisation note will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Please note, all accepted returns are subject to restocking and handling fees as outlined in our terms and conditions.

Faulty or Damaged goods

Our service is of utmost importance to us and although we do check every order prior to dispatch, on occasion faulty or damaged items can slip through the net. In the event you do receive an incorrect or faulty item, please get in touch with us and we will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please check your items before decorating, altering or using them. We will not accept any items that have been decorated, altered or used after you have received delivery under any circumstances.
